Hi,
Recently I did my recharge against my prepaid airtel number after that suddenly my simcard doesnt work.. Its shows cross on its symbol. I cant make calls and receive calls now. I have been raising requests through Airtel App but no calls on alterante number. I sent mail also but again they forcing me activate my email id first..the 121 and 198 toll free numbers also donot connect to any excecutive or representatives so that I can speak to them specifically. I need an Airtel representative to talk to me about the issue.. Everything is linked to my number.Facing issues.
