Myself Nirdesh Bhatt. I have tried to add Astha Channel through Ala Cart but this channel has not been added to my account.

I have registered a complaint on GTPL that complaint ID is 4454673.
2 December 2021 – I called to GTPL Toll-free number (9727633633) and complaint the same and they told me to wait for 5 mins it will be solved but not start the Astha channel again
I call on 3 December and complaint and generate my complaint ID 4454673 they told me that it will be solved next 24 hours. Now I waited 24 hours and again no luck for Astha Channel.
So, again call on 4 December and now they told that my complaint is on higher authority so wait for some time this time they did not give me time. and as usual no luck this time.
Now I wait for 48 hours and call to 6 December 2021 for the same thing and now they told me that mail to ‘yoursupport@gtpl.net’ so I finally send an email to you and attach a screenshot for your reference. While I try to add Astha channel through Ala cart it’s loading it please find attached Screenshot.
