Dear CEO :Mr.Gopal Vittal / Founder : Mr.Sunil Bharti Mittal,

I am suresh Samal customer of airtel XTREAM FIBER 071247163160_mh last two years.
I had raised complaint dated 4th July 2022 @12.09pm regarding internet is not working and complaint no is.10059220211.
Same day we have received 4 message from airtel team given below:

1. “Hi, your request no 10059220211 has been assigned to engineer Dhiraj Raut. He will be visiting your premises between (04 July 2022 03:30:00 PM – 04 July 2022 04:30:00 PM). To track your request, click www.airtel.in/track-order . To get 100% Wi-Fi Coverage at your home, click www.airtel.in/wifi-coverage-plus .”@12.09pm

2. “Hi, your request no 10059220211 has been assigned to engineer YOGESH. He will be visiting your premises between (04 July 2022 03:30:00 PM – 04 July 2022 04:30:00 PM). Bu till date no engineer visit my home and no call received from technical team & engineer.

I had call to every day 4-5 times airltel customer service and requested to pls resolve my issue urgently. All time customer care given me LOLLY POP sir your resolution done before 6 pm on dated 7 July 2022.
Yesterday I called to customer care and spoke with senior executive Mrs.Mayuri. She promised me give 12 hrs I.e. today 12.00 before resolving your issue. Today I called to customer care 11:13 am and again requested pls resolve my issue or transfer to your seniors but unfortunately no seniors available to take my call.

Mr.Gopal Vittal Ceo of airltel Bharti India could pls tell me I am fool and idiot? Everyday I called to customer care and spoke with them.
This is totally harassing me. Every day false communication and false commitment given to me your customer care.
Your local vendor demanding me Rs 300/_ for resolving my issue, why I am paying Rs.300/_ tell me.
If you guys not provide service to customers pls shut down your business. Totally worst service of Airtel Bharati.

Kind attention to Ceo, Founder and seniors kindly resolve my issue today before 3.pm.
