Text of Complaint by Pravakar Ray:

I did 3 test from Medlife on 9.7.2020 and the tests conducted were HIV profile, HSV 1 & 2, VDRL. But so far I have received only the reports of HIV and VDRL. The report of HSV 1 & 2 is still missing. Calling and mailing them multiple times have made no difference. They are completely ignoring the entire matter. They don’t even refund the amount charged for the test whose report is missing. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon. Complaining them in their Twitter and Instagram handle has brought no improvement.
