I purchased club Mahindra blue season membership on dated 28/8/2021 and paid 3 emi in advance upfront in cash amounting to Rs 57543 whose receipts are also attached with the mail but when I received my payment statement only Rs 33740 is credited in my account . I reported this through mail 2 months back but stil I have not received any update from your side and I am also in touch with one of your representative named snehal , she is also also saying we are looking up the matter from the last 1 month but no update from her side also. This is just peak of harassment and defeated the whole purpose of buying this membership.I am paying my emi on time and already paid 7-8 installments further also but have not availed a single trip due this ongoing issue
