I am writing with utmost disappointment and frustration at the behavior of Olacabs towards my parents who have been using the service for a significant amount of time now.
I had been a loyal customer but choose never to use their services again in the future.
Olacabs had wrongfully placed a cancellation charge on my account and since then exponentially increased the late fee charge when I disputed the initial charge on my account.
Not only this, Olacabs is constantly harassing my senior citizen parents over call and whatsapp messages. Attaching examples of such messages where Olacabs is threatening to take legal action, visit our residence and freeze our bank accounts?!
