Issue:
E 1 error code showing on AC screen
On dated 18.09.23 Mr Bikas came to my address with some parts and sensor and working with AC, taking lots of time to resolving the issue but failed. He have taken some photos and videos in his mobile of these issue.
Previous Contact :
Ac function was breakdown after few months from installation showing error code FC. I was contacted customer care and registered a complain for this issue on 12.05.23.
One of technician Mr Bikas was visited my address and he was trying to address
The issue and told me that some parts required and he contact his area service office and order some parts.
From Raiganj service centre Mr Amar call me to take OTP for parts order.
From that’s day to till now many time Mr Bikas visited my address with some parts and he was failed to resolve the issue.
Many time he changed many parts but my product issue is not solved. Where Mr Amar closed old call and again generated new call for same issue .
I have followed up since May 2023 for resolving this issue. I was very polite and humbly requested service team but they are not responding.
Area service team members Mr Subarna mobile number- 9593554872 was not responding and not picking my phone calls.
