They do send similar kind of product which you have ordered online, but of VERY POOR QUALITY. They will be in touch with you only till you get the product but once the product is delivered, they will not respond to you at any cost.
The Kalyani Silks website says returns available, when contacted for the same, they don’t respond. And nowhere in the package do they mention their address, nor on any online platforms. You can’t trace them back. And you cannot write reviews on their website. The REVIEWS SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE ALL FAKE and should not be trusted.
