Subject: Report for online matrimony fraud through WhatsApp group.
Sir,
This is to inform you that nowadays fraudsters are using a new method to steal/thug common people’s hard-earned money by playing with their emotions, which is “ONLINE MATRIMONY FRAUD”.
We have found such incident who have done a fraud through this method and according to our inquiry with the members of his WhatsApp group, it is estimate of more than 4-5 Lakh rupees fraud which is done by the suspect.

He used to give false commitment/claims to customer’s by promising them that their marriage will get done within 45 days and take between 2500-7000 INR according to the customer’s budget. After taking money he never provides them service as he promised before and on asking about updates, he used to talk extremely rudely and gives threats to customers.
His group is running from more than 1 year, and many more fraud is done which is not recorded by us.
Kindly, please look into this matter ASAP.
