I received emails from Airtel office that I need to submit my Documents for my Airtel Mobile number. I went to the Store (19/07/2021 ) to submit my Documents and the store in charge tells me that I need to go to Corporate office to submit my documents. Basically the person was refusing to take my Documents as he was carrying a grudge that I moved from Prepaid Mobile to Postpaid mobile. It is unfortunate that people carry such grudge and treat customers with such disdain. How will I ever convert to a postpaid mode with such employees in your company.
