My sim network signal was automatically disappeared few days ago, on dated 2/01/21, I approached Airtel office, sivasagar ( Assam) near Nivedan, Central market to resolve the problem. The agent charged me an amount of Rs 60 for reissue of a sim. I asked him why this amount has been charged since your network signal automatically disappeared. There is no fault from my part. He replied your sim is damaged. How could it be possible for damage since another sim is active in same mobile.
