I purchased a saree from peachmode when received I found that the material was not good and the colour also didn’t match.When I asked for replacement both by sending mail and through calls they denied the replacement by saying that colour won’t be the same as displayed in computer there will be slight variance .Then I told about the material and asked not to payback cash only said to replace ,they told they can’t. If there is no policy like that to replace ,then why are they say there is easy return and replacement mode.
The sarees cost was 1099,when asked to the custom care they were saying that replacement cannot be allowed for discounted products what does it mean that 1099 rupeees is valuable or not .I just want to know it clearly.
