Hi Team,
I have raised my issue of fire bolt smart watch on their website and replacement has been approved ticket#131835 reverse pick up has been done on 20 May 2.30 Pm On Friday, by Blue dart courier but still I didnot received any acknowledgment nor I received any email or replacement smart watch. Also I am trying to connect on customer care but after waiting 10 min each time it did not connect with any executive nor the response received on email.
I have purchased smart watch from Amazon and it is Warranty period
Please help me in this case ASAP
