9842273176 owned my brother v.rajendren using my mother for her pension and sbi bank account. sim not working for the past 45 days sim not working due to this not able to receive any message of bank and pension details to my mother. Hence we asked Airtel to give new replacement sim on 05.05.2020 with my brother Aadhar ID to deepan1.s@gmail.com. & airtelbackend492@gmail.com.
Airtel asked my brother Passport/visa/authorization letter on 25.05.2020 by airtel deepan.s
All the proof of passport/visa given on 27.06.2020.
Again asked by airtel to give compressed format on 02.06.2020.
We have again given in the compressed format on 03.06.2020.
But so far activation not given even after 45 days. My ailing 87 year old mother without knowing the pension details she is worrying very day.
Airtel not at all lifting the mobile on calling.
Please do something to see smile on my 87 yrae old mother.
