Text of Complaint by Bhargavi vnp:

The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered a Samsung washing machine on May 20th, 2020. Got delivered on May 24th 2020.
During installation we understood from Samsung technician that the drum has a bent. Replacement request is raised.
But till now 8th June the technician visit didn’t happen who would confirm the faulty piece. In the app it is supposed to happen on or before 1st june 2020.
