Text of Complaint by ANAND PRAKASH GOND:

I had ordered a SAMSUNG Galaxy F54 5G (Meteor Blue, 256 GB) phone vide order No.- OD329350153070459100 date 07.10.2023. The product was delivered on 08-10-2023. At the time of delivery the phone was opened by the delivery boy and started by him, the phone was started and after that the OTP was shared by me. Then during the setup of phone I had notice that there were minor scratches on the screen which wasn’t visible by screen light of the phone at the time of delivery. I had called on 08-10-2023 the flipkart customer care quickly and told them situation and problem which was happed after the customer care person raised the replacement of the said item and demanded by photo on 09-10-2023. I had shared the photos of the said damage phone with delivery box and product box on 09-10-2023. The customer care told me that your problem will be solved and replaced on 20-102-2023 or before. Suddenly on 15-10-2023 I received the Message that your replacement request is rejected by the flipkart/seller because it was open box delivery. I had again called many times to the customer care of the flipkart and told that it was not visible by the mobile screen light and notice during the setup. But the flipkart had not considered my request/matter.

Therefore I request you to kindly do the necessary action for replacement of my SAMSUNG Galaxy F54 5G (Meteor Blue, 256 GB) phone.
