Issue is not resolved, Ikall Z7 ultra series mobile phone is not working properly. This is not a used phone to repair and use.. I need a fresh ikall Z7 ultra series. Nothing to do with technician..

I’ve ordered and received on 5th March 2022, Ikall mobile phone vide above order no. and the speaker or sound system is not working properly. So immediately I contated customer service of flipkart.com on 9th march for a replacement. Expiry of the replacement period was ends only on 12th of march.. As on today flipkart.com did not send the replacement or refund. I ve communicated several times with the useless customer service people.
Kindly help me and arrange to get the replacement mobile or refund.
