I have ordered a mobile phone vide flipkart.com Ord no. OD 224306269066045ooo on 2nd March 202, Ikall Z7 ultra series, seller is Vox Digital. The same delivered to me on 5th March 2022. After installing, I realised that the sound system is not working properly. So immediately I have lodged a claim for replacement on 9th march 2022. Replacement policy valid till 12th March 2022. Customer service informed me that technician will visit on 14th and replacement or refund will be effected accordingly. On 15th March, they informed me that replacement will not be possible as policy ends on 12 th march.. Pl note that I’ve claimed for the replacement on 9th march itself.
Pl look into the same and do the needful for a replacement or refund..
