Dear sir,
I am buying TV Marq 49″ by flipcart on 1st November and flipcart delivered on 7th November and installation complete on 8th November.
In this TV Googlecast can’t connect so I request flipcart to replace TV or my money backon 12th November And flipcart aprrove replace same TV on 14th November.
Flipcart cart same TV send through E-cart on 19th November but old TV can’t uninstalation so E-cart courier boy do not replace new TV.
I am daily followed to call flipcart costomercare no 18002089898.
But no on give clear replay.
Today 24th November can’t replace TV.
So I request please action immediately against flipcart and I want my money back.
