Almost a month ago I delivered the faulty Product to Boult Audio on their request .
Where they disagreed to pay me the shipment charge also ..
But each time I call customer care they just tell me the same thing that your product will be processed for delivery next week .
It has been more than 45 days , I shipped the product and was delivered on 27 June .
There is no mail for delivery tracking and they blocked my number after trying for 2 hrs the call gets connected and then there is waiting time of around 40-50 min ..
Atlast you will get to hear that sorry , NOW SINCE WE HAVE NOTICED YOUR PROBLEM YOU WILL GET YOUR PRODUCT NEXT WEEK .
I don’t get how many time I have to make them notice that I want the refund/replacement .
All proofs like shipment POD , invoice everything is already sent still , the same excuse each time .
