I am purchased mobile on 14 april 2022 and delivered to me on 21/04/2022 but products has used by someone’s first. Then i file replacement request and they accept replacement but from 22/04/2022 then does not delivered replacement products not pickup my mobile phone.
My order id is OD22468119537859000.
Please help regarding this situation.
