I Ordered a MIvi collar classic on 29 July 2021 through its official website and received the product on 2nd august 2021. I opened the packing just to find out that one of the earpieces was not working and it was constantly disconnecting. I requested a return but was denied on multiple grounds at last I settled on a replacement. My Complaint number is 748365. They arranged a pickup and the product was picked up on 18 August 2021. It reached them on 19. Since then it’s been in the testing process. Although the support team claimed that it takes only 2 to 5 days but the process has already taken almost a month. Even now all I am told is to be patient. The company is continously making false claims.
I want my product replaced as soon as possible!
