I purchased Firebolt Watch from it’s website, the watch stopped working within few days, i filed the complaint and they provided a pick up of faulty product and assured of replacement within 15working days, but after they picked up the product, they are now kept on asking for more and more time, and now they are saying they don’t have replacement product available and are not giving any contact number on which I can talk to their representative, after intensive email follow up, they are still not bothered to replace the device or give refund, they just want to give voucher. I asked for refund, but they don’t care and keep on ignoring the mail.
