The company has not correctly mentioned the refund policy visible to customer while placing the order .
And surprisingly when I reach them to refund due to defective device , they are claiming they have mentioned only replacement .
On call with customer care I was trying to understand resolution within the window period .
They have disconnected my calls several times so I was not able to take a call in window period , and then they are blaming me that window period is over . Kindly need strict action on Flipkart for this fraudulent practice of buying time by disconnecting the customer calls by customer care and later changing the issue as if it’s customer delay .
I have the evidence of calls .
