My name is mohd Asif. I was order dining chairs on 23 april. Booked 3 unit, each unit having 2 chairs.Order was received on 1may2022. Packing was good but 2chair was damaged so I was given request for replacement on delivery date and 2nd may date is fix for visit but from 2 may to today 5 may22 agent Mukesh kumar 7052054321num was switch off after that I was request for call from call centre to me then a lady executive said your visit will done on 3 may but no one come then next day on 4 may I was again talked with agent and he said your problem will solve on 11may22 so I said to him pls transfer this call to your senior/floor incharge. He was hold me 5/6 time and said that senior is not available at this time. I was again request for same but he deny to me and said call again later for talk our senior. I was again request then he said I will disconnect your call if u will again say this. So I was said ok you can disconnect call and this call has recorded for complaint. Then call was disconnected and 5 mins I was received text sms as your replacement request has been cancelled.
I am very upset that your dealer cheat me for giving damaged chair then your agent Mukesh kumar not responding then your call center agent.
Pls help to close this and replaced my chairs.
