I ordered a chair on Oct 2022, which was delivered (defective and open box) on 29 Oct. but Flipkart was showing in-transit till 06 Nov 2022. after many calls they showed as delivered. in between I connected with the seller and the seller agreed to replacement because the seller not provide the server in my area. Then I submitted the replacement request but two times flipkart rejected my replacement.
Now On 20 Dec 2022, My order was picked up from my home. but still not delivered replacement order to me. I have tried many times over the last month but the Flipkart team is not responding. they are all only saying different issues.
I have all the recordings and details, of how Flipkart doing this.
