Text of Complaint by Kaushal Seth:

have ordered Aurelia Green Straight Kurta on 8th Oct 2021. I raised a replacement order on 15th Oct and it was supposed to be picked up by 21st Oct 2021. The item was not picked up till 2nd of Nov after raising the issue multiple times with customer service. They asked me to wait and wait and wait. They said on 2nd Nov that they will deliver the product between 2nd to 12 Nov and pick the replacement product. On 3rd of November, they cancelled the replacement order without informing me. I didn’t receive any text, call or email from them. When I checked the app today on 5th November, I see that the order has been cancelled and now they are saying that they will not raise the replacement or return order due to policy. Seriously, this is the worst experience I am having with Flipkart. There is no customer support. They just ask you wait 1-2 days and do nothing. Right now I don’t know what to do
