Respected Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a HSRP number plates from SHIMINIT INDIA PVT LTD, they had scheduled a installation for 27th of February 2024. in teknik motors cycle Sarjapur road in Bengaluru, after the couple of days of the completion of Fitment, i found out that the number were different for my vehicle which they have provided and i worte a e-mail to them and they told me to destroy the defective plate and send confirmation, and I did the same. after couple of follow-up they stated they sent the number plate same motor cycle company service center to get the fitment done. I visited the place, they told we have not received any replacement plate for your vehicle and specifically mentioned not only yours around 2000 number plates were faulty and we have not received any single of them and I wrote email again to Shimint Greviences they are not responding for any emails now. Hence request you to kindly look into this issue, I have attached the appointment letter for your reference
