I had raised a issue with MARQ customer care for having issue in washing machine and they raised my complaint to be dealt within 72 hrs. But no one came to check the fault. After 3 to 4 days they have visted to home and told that sir ur machine will be replaced and the same has been processed. As per my account status they have shipped it on 03 Jun 22 and to be deliver by 08 Jun 22 but they have failed again to fullfil commitment. Their after I wrote a email to grievance redressal officer to resolve my issue but all the time they asked the issue is in process with logistics partner. Today 16 Jun 22 and they have not delivered the machine yet. Kindly do the needful.
