Text of Complaint by Manjyot Singh:

I ordered a Spark-x 8 ULTRA MAX BT watch dated July 26, 2023. which was delivered on July 30, 2023 however the accessory was missing in the package(Green Alpine Strap) i requested a replacement on the same day and got a call form Ms. Mariyum stating my issued would be resolved by August 02, 2023. and shall get the replaced package. by today August 01, 2023 i again got a call stating it will be resolved by August 4, 2023.

I don’t understand that what’s the rocket science in a replacement policy flipkart.

i called the below number numbers 7001482454 / 04435035999 but the just disconnected my calls while i was speaking. Is this the way you guy’s treat a customer. ?

i want the said replacement to be done by August 3, 2023 or shall escalate the same further on Social Media as well.
