We have bought a 32 inch samsung tv from flipkart on 16th October 2020
under the name of dinesh bisht. We have also taken 3 yrs extended full
protection warranty by jeeves which was included in the product purchased.
Tv was working fine but in november 2022 the tv ws not getting started so
we showed the tv to local shop and he said imidietaly that it is software
issue tv is fine. So we called up jeeves and there technician came and tok
the tv and retured it after 45 days and it got delivered to my neighbours as
we were not available at home and the comment written was tv is working and tried and tested by consumer. But it was not delivered to me and when we checked the tv the display was gone. The
thing that was never damaged how come it got damage. And now we are calling jeeves they are giving lame reason that it is not covered. After that we mailed to flipkart Grieveince redressal and they forwarded the mail that it will be replaced and they are just sending the mails that due to transportation isaue we are unable to deliver the product and for last 20 days they are saying the same thing and in the application also it is showing that product diapatched and it is showing the same from the day i received the first mail from them. Kindly help me i have attached all the proof.
