I bought a smart watch from Fire boltt on 25th May 2021 from Amazon. On 22nd May 2022, I was facing some display issue so I raised the concern and the company has replaced m watch with another damaged watch. Now, when I again raised this concern, they have just closed my complaint ticket by saying that we have already replaced your Watch. But how does it matter when they have replaced it with another damaged watch. Here I am attaching the invoice and their last email. Please do the needful.
