Text of Complaint by Vikas Pandey:

My secondary mobile number 9517184361 was not working as tge sim was damaged. I am posted in Pilibhit District where no postpaid store of Airtel is available. Staff of Airtel store advised me to go Bareilly whic is more than 100 kms from one side of my posted tehsil Puranpur. I am permanent residrnt of Lucknow and I have visited your store at Patrakarpuram, Lucknow as on 11.12.2021 and visited thrice but my mobile number not activated since yet. They are saying that number belongs to upwest you have to contact there. Bill payment is centralised abd sevice us diversified.
Please help me and rrsolve the issue at the earliest.
