19th October 2020 my settop box stopped receiving the signal. As it was just replaced 1 month back and again same problem arises. Tried calling the TataSky customer service but they will raise the complaint request but the technician will.not vist with in 24 hours as promised. It was beyond the elapsed time still no one turn around and resolve my issue. Very very lethargic technician. Also the problem solving time was very much long when compared to other service providers.
