I bought a fridge from great eastern company gariya, Kolkata on 11/09/2021 which was delivered damaged.,after got assurance from ur engineer about replacement we don’t file any complaints against company at any forum but it’s more than a month.My fridge neither got replaced or nor any assurance abt replacement.We consumers here only for cheated by company like Whirlpool or shop like great eastern?
