Dear Mam/ Sir,
I have purchased a mobile from flipkart delivered on 04/05/2021 but the phone is hanging & Restart automatically. I have raised complaint regarding the same many times in Flipkart. They have scheduled 2 times, the same technical visit both the time but the technician didn’t do anything after that the seller approved for the product replacement but still the person from Ekart logistic denied to replace the product.
Again the return approved from the seller but the same logistic person denied for the replacement.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
