i am kumari megha, i have vodafone prepaid no 8939107432 recently i have lost my mobile phone i want replacement of same no but my vodafone no is in negative balance 916 i want to know ho prepaid no can go in negative balance & i have already registered complain to vodafone customer care plz kindly update deduction amount from voadafone no kindly provide me same no of vodafone sim kindly contact 8789524474
