This is regarding my damaged Syska power bank which I bought for Rs1600. There was a 6 months warranty in it and it was bought in the month of September 2018. The power bank stopped working in the month of Feb 2019 so as it was under the warranty of 6 months I called Syska customer care and asked them to get it replaced and also they agreed to the fact. They arranged for a pick up on 28th Feb and assured me that this will get sorted within 20 days. After the product was picked up several emails and call has been exchanged between them and me asking when am I going to get the new power bank and there is no resolution from their end. Everyday they keep telling me that I will receive the product soon and its been almost a month now. Please help.
