I went to Mi Service center yesterday he told me that my device is not able to get replaced just because its having minor scratches at the edge of my phone he said they will give me discount of 30% at the motherboard but they cant replace it at warranty he charged me For checking the issue he charged 120 rs so whats the meaning of Warranty. After that he Returned my phone and let me show you the condition of the phone he even doesn’t packed it up Here if im gonna pay for everything why theres is extended warranty???? I want my product get replaced
