I bought a new Poco M5 mobile from Flipkart on 27/07/2023, upon receiving it is not switching on, so I went to your service centre for replacement.Even after 10 days I didn’t get any replacement. I raised the complaint now I have to wait till 23Aug 2023. Poco customer care is not telling the reason for the delay, the service centre is not at all responding.I tried to contact higher officials of Poco but I’m unable to speak with them as the customer care is not connecting me with them. My mother is not able to use the phone as I exchanged the old mobile for the new one.
The problem is with both flipkart & Poco because even the phone is not switching on upon arrival they are not at all responding for replacement or return.
