Sir
I purchased a phone ( POCO X5 SUPERNOVA GREEN 256 GB) from flipkart. Order was placed on 21st march and delivered on 24th march.
2. On using this phone it was found that phone was heating too much.
3. Raised a replacement request on flipkart . Replacement process continues and technician visited and checked the phone. Technician also admits phone overheating issue and told us that he will write the remarks.
4. But technician remarks was ” issue resolved”. on the basis of this my replacement request was rejected.My question is if my issue was there then why technician wrote the remarks :”issue resolved and also flipkart is not helping any more
