We purchase a voltas AC for golaghat assam and the AC outdoor unit is not working, the service center person informed us that he shall replace the AC outdoor unit, but till date AC outdoor unit is not replaced. Our complain No. : 22081715771. We call the service center person , the regional head of north east but none of them respond to our calls. A person from Vltas team name deepak was responsible to coordinate with the northeast team but he is also not responding to calls.
