I have recently installed new AC of brand LLOYD SAC GLS1815FWCEL from M/s DARBr traders, 1-206/40-52,Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt, South West,Delhi-110010 on 13.03.2022 with invoice no. GST/D/CCR-1241 in the name of Dinesh Kumar r/o M-40/4, Moti Bagh-1, New Delhi-110021.
After the installation of AC the next day we realized that there is no cooling and I called the vendor for checking the AC. After checking, the technician said that there is no gas and then he refill the gas inside the AC. But he is not replaced it with new one and he said in telephone that we will not replace with new one bcz now it is start in guarantee period. We again called him 2 times for the AC bcz we facing the same problem that AC is not cooling properly.
Please take suitable action against the vendor and my humble request to you kindly replace this AC with new one.
