I have bought my fireboltt smartwatch bsw005 on 17th september 2021 and its warranty had lapsed on 17th september 2022.. My watch started to malfunction since 15th February 2023.
I requested a complaint and extra warranty claim which i got extra as voucher with other extra vouchers and also requested to get a replacement of my watch using that extra warranty which i have to claim.
I have proof of the whatsapp chat with the Fireboltt official team and the vouchers provided to me in the box.
This is such a bad and rude behaviour and support from this company
