Text of Complaint by BHALCHANDRA:

I purchased Mobile Phone from Amazon for Samsung on 15th Aug 2022. My Phone stop working on 8th Aug 2023. I connected Amazon customer care help line, where since last 8th Aug I am requested to connect to seller and Manufacturer, which I did but could not get any resolution. I tried with custoemr care, everytime I am given assurance for resolution, but could not get any resolution of replacement till date
