My mobile gets off & complete dead on 8th March 2022 & deposited to service centre on 9th March after 3/4 days this centre offer me to replace my mobile with lower configuration mobile with which I was not happy due to lower configuration,I request them to replace my mobile with higher configuration or same but they didn’t respond to replace this, after 7/8 days they repair my mobile with faulty & wrong motherboard & disappeared my camera so I quickly return this mobile ,after more 10 days they again repair my mobile but instantly this device again turn off & dead so I request them to replace my mobile ,this centre now only repair my mobile & don’t replace with same configuration or more ,this complaint has been long & old for 67 days or more but no attempt done for resolving my complaint everytime service centre only repair my mobile & this service everytime closed my job sheet without deliver my mobile
I request you to kindly make arrangement for replacement of my mobile with higher configuration or new POCO X3 Pro Max device & take strong action against this service centre, otherwise I should go for consumer forum due to wrong attempt of my complaint by replacing lower configuration , fraudulent repair of mobe & long waiting time of complaint, please do the needful steps to replace my mobile early as I face much problem in my job
