Text of Complaint by Rakesh:

I received a defective HP victus gaming laptop from AMAZON on 28 September 2022. The laptop is not charging. I requested for a replacement, So the amazon team assigned a technician visit to my place, but the technician never visited my place and asked me for the PIN on call. I did not share the PIN with him because he did not visit. I raised a complaint against the technician through AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE. They promised me that the technician will arrive in one hour after raising the complaint, but he never came. I called the AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE again and they want me to reorder the technician visit.
I am the one who is suffering from AMAZON INDIA. Why should I have to wait for even more days for the technician visit when it is the AMAZON INDIA fault. How can i beleive AMAZON INDIA second time for a technician visit. AMAZON is full of false promises. I want my replacement.
