I would like to inform you that a rear speaker is missing from the SAMSUNG (HW-B67E/XL).
I ordered from your company on 27 Sep. The rear speaker from SAMSUNG (HW-B67E/XL)
with the order number OD126110919047852000 was not included
in the package that you sent us on 02 Oct.
Till the date my issue is not resolved and Flipkart is just giving me a date and date.
I am attaching the reference images of what Flipkart is doing for the third time.
1- They said by 5th Oct we will resolve.
2- They mailed us by saying the issue will be resolved by 6th Oct.
3- Now they are saying it will be resolved by 9th Oct.
4- Now they are saying it will be resolved by 10th Oct.
5- Now they are saying it will be resolved by 13th Oct.
I don’t know what the fuck you guys are doing with the one of the oldest customer.
This is not the way Big Giant works. Feels like selecting the wrong platform to buy a product.
Please fix this within 1-2 day maximum.
You bought Flipkart to frustrate your customers.
This is not the Walmart I know.
Talk to them to resolve my issue as soon as possible
