Sir ,I have purchased a 253litre double door Samsung refrigerator via flipkart.The order ID is OD124827323209546000 dated 1.5.2022 and already made a complaint on technician visit not happened twice on 12th and 19th to replace the faulty fridge. At last you have arranged delivery of the product on 19.5.2022. Yesterday the delivery man turned up with the product for replacement by 7pm. The packing of the faulty fridge received on 4.5. 2003 was not in good shape to use due to unexpected rain fall on it which we kept in our work area of our house.We have the invoices warranty card all intact and requested him to take the faulty fridge in the card board box of the new fridge he brought for delivery yesterday. He refused and returned with the product. Now after 16days of delivery of a faulty fridge in exchange of our good 210 litres LG fridge on 4th, let us guide what next. If you Won’t give the replacement product ,I am not in a position to purchase a new fridge from market. Hence Please return our old LG refrigerator which we can use. Further taking such a harsh step as not delivering new one for not providing cover box of the faulty fridge is too much.We are at a loss of 25000Rs and also the trouble we took to mange without a fridge for almost 16 days. We haven’t returned the product on flimsy grounds but due to a major defect and could not even use it for two days.Such kind of actions are not expected from big e commerce firms like flipkart.Now the order page shows that issue will be resolved within 4 days.Will it prolong like this by giving mere extension of dates for delivery.Please do respond before your next ultimate date given.
