I have purchased a 253litre double door Samsung refrigerator via flipkart.The order ID is OD124827323209546000 dated 1.5.2022. Received the consignment on 4.5.2022.Samsung Technician installed it on 5.5.2022 noon. He told to use the fridge after 6hrs.We kept vegetables and milk about 7pm.On 6th morning We found that there was not enough cooling and the temperature display on door of the fridge came down to 2 from 3 degree set by the Technician.On 7th morning we found that the interior of the fridge was hot and not cool. We registered a complaint in Samsung toll free number . The Technician came by noon and told gas leak is there. Don’t use it.He also gave a report.So we requested replacement on 7th as we were told that no refund possible as informed by customer support team. My return request was accepted and showed 12th may as Technician visit and 14th as pick up and replacement date.From 12th May morning to 9pm night I made about 10 calls with no result. Some persons from support team told it is due to technical fault that the Technician visit didn’t happen.So on 13th morning by 7 o clock I again called the support team. In the morning the team assiatantwho attended the call himself changed my request date to 13th with Technician visit on 18th May.Having lost my faith in you support team ,I forced to make this complaint to have a resolution to my issue of replacing the faulty fridge delivered to us.I have sent e mail to head Samsung services who replied that Flipkard purchased the fridge from them and it is their responsibility to replace it.Please note that our old refrigerator is exchanged for the new one which was picked up by you on 4th itself. We are working people and is struggling to pass the days without a refrigerator, that too at Palakkad district where the mercury level goes to 42degree.How long will we go like this with an average 5 calls to your customer support team with no result.Please take action immediately .Your support team says the report we have with us given by the Samsung technician is not enough. Technician visit will be arranged by you people. Then please do it. I am also given to u derstand gas leak in refrigerator is harmful . Unless the issue is solved atleast by 18th we will compelled to approach available consumer grievance forum. Please take action from your side.
